The core of our program featuring constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Each 60-minute class includes a coach-led warm-up, skill instruction, and the Workout of the Day (WOD). All movements are supervised to ensure safety and efficiency.
Objective: Full Body Strength & Conditioning
Focuses on developing motor skills, coordination, and confidence through fun physical activities. Incorporates gymnastics, light weights, and monostructural movements like skipping and running.

Members progress through a combination of coach-led skill development and data tracking. We provide a roadmap and timeline to ensure goals are hit and celebrated.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach and get a tour. We will discuss your goals and any previous injuries before jumping in.
