Our signature group fitness class blending constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. This workout targets cardiovascular capacity, physical strength, and core flexibility through barbells, gymnastics, and endurance exercises.
Objective: Strength & Conditioning
An essential beginner class focusing heavily on foundational movement patterns, lifting mechanics, and proper technique. Perfect for mastering the air squat, press, and pull safely.

Nestled in a convenient business park off Londonderry Court, CrossFit Garage offers an industrial-style environment with dedicated, traffic-free spaces ideal for running and outdoor workouts.
Limited direct public transit options exist in this industrial park area; we highly recommend arriving by car or local rideshare.
We provide a large, well-lit surface parking lot in front of our facility with completely free parking for all members.
