Our gym is located in Albany right on the corner of Central Avenue and Lishakill Road, marking the intersection of Colonie and Schenectady. It is a highly active, easily accessible commercial area with great transit connections.
CDTA Route 905 (Central Avenue local and express service) drops off within walking distance from the corner of Lishakill Road.

We measure physical development using standardized scales, letting members graduate to heavy lifts only when proper technique is mastered.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time. Introduce yourself to the duty coach, and we will guide you through the layout and prepare any scaled variations for the day's workout.
