The classic Workout of the Day combining high-intensity functional movements, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Every workout is constantly varied and scaled to your capability.
Objective: General Physical Preparedness (GPP)
A technique-focused class focusing exclusively on teaching and refining the snatch, clean and jerk, and associated strength drills. Perfect for mastering bar path and explosive power.
Objective: Force & Technique
A low-intensity, supportive class designed for beginners to learn the correct mechanics of the squat, press, deadlift, and basic gymnastics movements before entering the main WODs.
Objective: Technique & Safety
A purely cardiovascular-focused conditioning class. Utilizing rowers, bikes, and jump ropes, this class has zero complex lifts and aims entirely at building deep aerobic capacity.
Objective: Endurance & Cardio

On-site secure parking is available within the warehouse industrial park complex, offering both free and low-cost hourly parking rates.
We believe fitness should be functional, empowering, and above all, community-driven. Our goal is to forge real-world physical capability that makes our members' daily lives easier and more active.
Our coaching uses systematic scaling and progression. We prioritize excellent mechanics and consistency before adding high intensity or heavy loads.
Members progress through quarterly performance evaluations, skill workshops, and tailored milestones monitored closely by our personal coaching team.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. Our front desk staff and coach will greet you, give you a quick tour of our warehouse facility, and walk you through what to expect during the session.
Comfortable athletic wear, flat-soled training shoes (CrossFit or minimalist training shoes are highly recommended), a personal water bottle, and a sweat towel.
Each 60-minute session includes a structured 10-15 minute dynamic warmup, a dedicated skill or strength progression, a high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), followed by a 5-10 minute group cool-down and mobility stretch.
Participate in the global annual CrossFit competition with our internal community cheering you on through weekly workouts.
A fun weekend team-based partner workout followed by a community-wide social gathering and barbecue inside our warehouse yard.
