Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. We will show you around the box, explain the terminology, and understand any personal injury history you might have.
Comfortable sporting attire, supportive flat trainers or training shoes, a gym towel, and a drink bottle.
Each session lasts exactly 60 minutes, containing a warm-up, skill or strength instruction, the daily WOD (Workout of the Day), and a group cool-down stretch.
