First visit

Arrive 15 minutes before your first class. Our coaches will introduce themselves, tour the box, and review the workout movements to match your personal safety limits.

Required equipment

Athletic footwear with flat, supportive soles, comfortable fitness attire, a personal water flask, and an open, positive mindset.

What a typical session looks like

Each class lasts 60 minutes, starting with an active warm-up, moving into skill/strength instruction, executing the daily functional conditioning workout, and concluding with a cool-down stretch.
