Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked session. Our team will show you around, discuss your athletic history, and walk you through the day's structural plan.

Required equipment

Wear regular athletic clothing, wear flat-soled sneakers, bring a water bottle, and carry a gym towel.

What a typical session looks like
