First visit

Arrive 15 minutes early to meet your coach, sign the waiver, and get a tour of the facility.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled shoes (CrossFit or lifting shoes recommended), a water bottle, and a personal towel.

What a typical session looks like
