Arrive 10 minutes prior to your first session. Our coach will welcome you, show you around the facility, discuss any injuries or fitness background, and brief you on the workout flow.
Please wear comfortable training clothes and supportive athletic trainers. Bring a personal water bottle; all other training equipment is provided.
A standard 60-minute session includes a structured coached warm-up, skill or weightlifting development, the high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), and a guided cool-down stretch.
