Short on time? Our express lunchtime and morning sessions get you in, worked out, and out the door in just 45 minutes.

Our signature Workout of the Day (WOD). Combining elements of cardiovascular conditioning, gymnastics, and weightlifting. High variety ensures continuous physical progression.
Objective: General Physical Preparedness
A fast-paced, high-intensity workout designed for busy individuals. We get you warmed up, worked out, and cooled down in under an hour.

Fun and engaging class tailored for teenagers. Focuses on proper movement mechanics, building strength safely, and encouraging physical literacy.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. You'll be welcomed by our coach, given a brief tour of the box, and introduced to our coaching style before the session begins.
Comfortable athletic clothing, flat-soled training shoes (running or training shoes work great), a water bottle, and a sweat towel.
Every session lasts 45-60 minutes and includes a coach-led warm-up, skill or strength focus, the main Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down stretch.
