Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class time to complete our guest waiver, meet your coach, and tour our U Street training floor.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled training shoes (preferably low-drop athletic footwear), a personal water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every session is a 60-minute experience consisting of a guided group warm-up, skill and strength development, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a group cool-down stretch.
