Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 minutes before class. One of our head coaches will greet you, give you a quick tour of Unit 9, and discuss your fitness goals and any injuries.

Required equipment

Standard gym wear, flat-soled trainers (ideal for lifting), and a personal water bottle. Towels are optional.

What a typical session looks like

We start with a detailed 10-minute whiteboard briefing, followed by a dynamic warm-up, 15 minutes of structured skill or lifting practice, a 20-minute metabolic WOD, and a relaxing group stretch.
