Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, sign a waiver, and get a tour of the facility. You'll receive a briefing on the movements for the day.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, cross-training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each session includes a group warm-up, a skill or strength portion, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down/stretch period.
