Beginner's guide

First visit

Please plan to arrive approximately 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class. We will show you around, introduce you to your coach, and safely discuss any past injuries.

Required equipment

We recommend comfortable athletic clothing, supportive training shoes (flat soles are ideal for weightlifting), a personal water bottle, and a small hand towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each session lasts exactly 60 minutes and includes a thorough 10-minute active warm-up, a strength or skill component, the dynamic CrossFit WOD, and a targeted cool-down stretch.
