Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled Free Intro or initial class. You'll meet your assigned coach, tour the 7,000 sq ft facility, and review your training goals and physical history.
Comfortable athletic attire, clean flat-soled sneakers (optimal for weightlifting and jumping), and a personal water bottle. All lifting equipment is provided.
