Our signature Workout of the Day. It combines elements of high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, and powerlifting. Each session is unique and designed to improve overall physical capacity.
Objective: General Physical Preparedness
A mandatory introductory course for those new to CrossFit. We focus on mastering the nine foundational movements to ensure safety and confidence before entering the group WODs.
Objective: Technique et Sécurité
Unstructured time where athletes can use the facility to work on individual goals, accessory work, or mobility. Coaches are present but do not lead a formal class.

We believe in functional movements performed at high intensity. Our approach is holistic, aiming to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility simultaneously.
We follow the official CrossFit methodology, emphasizing constant variation and functional movements that mimic real-life activities.
Members progress through a tiered approach, starting with mechanics, then consistency, and finally adding intensity as proficiency is demonstrated.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet your coach, tour the facility, and sign the waiver. We'll discuss your fitness history and goals.
Athletic shoes (flat-soled or CrossFit-specific shoes recommended), comfortable gym clothes, and a towel.
60 minutes total: 10m Warm-up, 15m Skill/Strength work, 20-25m WOD (Workout of the Day), 10m Cool-down/Mobility.
