A technical class dedicated to mastering the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and accessory movements. Perfect for building raw explosive power, improving athletic coordination, and refining overall heavy-lifting technique.
Objective: Power, technique, and barbell speed.
An introductory session designed to teach the basic mechanics of squatting, pressing, lifting, and gymnastics. We emphasize proper movement patterns to ensure a safe transition into the regular group CrossFit classes.

We utilize the core tenets of the CrossFit methodology: high-intensity, constantly varied, functional movements. Our programming is structured to balance metabolic conditioning, structural strength, gymnastics, and core development.
We systematically track progress over time. Our coaches evaluate your biomechanics, movement quality, and weight capacities, helping you safely progress from empty barbells to complex technical lifts at your own custom pace.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. Our head coach will welcome you, show you around the box, and sit down for a brief chat to understand your fitness goals, athletic history, and any existing injuries.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive training shoes (flat-soled or cross-trainers are recommended). Bring a water bottle; towels and water refills are available on-site.
Each session lasts 60 minutes. We begin with a dynamic group warm-up, progress to a skill or strength refinement segment, transition into the daily high-intensity WOD, and conclude with a cooling stretch and goal review.
