We view fitness as an dynamic exploration of what your body is truly capable of achieving. By blending raw physical strength with creative, three-dimensional movement, we keep workout boredom away and continuous athletic growth active.
Our methodology utilizes periodized strength training, high-intensity intervals, and progress-focused aerial curriculum steps to ensure safe joint adaptation and muscular development.
Every athletic movement in our program features multiple scaling stages. Members transition to advanced weight levels or aerial choreography only after demonstrating clean mastery of the core fundamentals.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the start of class so our front office team can help you finish our safety waiver. Your coach will meet you, tour the training space, and outline the day's class structure.
Wear close-fitting workout apparel (such as compression leggings) to prevent silk friction during aerial classes. Bring clean athletic shoes, a sweat towel, and a personal water bottle.
A normal class starts with an active warm-up, moves into 15 minutes of technique skill work, transitions to a 20-to-30-minute metabolic workout, and finishes with a guided cool-down stretch.
Our community joins gyms worldwide to tackle the open workouts, culminating in energetic community Friday night workout events.
An annual summer exhibition where our youth and adult aerial students present choreographed routines to family and friends.
