We feature a spacious, private off-street parking lot located directly in front of the building entrance, offering ample spots during peak hours.

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to class. You will be greeted by Coach Jonathan or Makenna, given a brief facility tour, and guided through your athletic background and any existing movement limitations.
Please wear comfortable, breathable athletic apparel and flat-soled training shoes. Bring a reusable water bottle and a sweat towel.
Every 60-minute class begins with a structured dynamic warm-up, followed by strength skill instruction, a detailed explanation of the WOD, the intense conditioning session, and a group cool-down.
