Every single member is scaled based on their current physical capacity. Beginners start with structural movement masterclasses (CrossFit 1) before being integrated into our high-energy competitive classes.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class. Check in with our friendly front desk team who will welcome you with a warm 'Ahoj', show you our locker rooms, and introduce you to your coach for a brief safety run-through.
