Methodology

We utilize evidence-based physical conditioning, emphasizing progressive biomechanical scaling, multi-joint resistance training, and aerobic threshold enhancement to create sustainable, injury-free progress.

Every single member is scaled based on their current physical capacity. Beginners start with structural movement masterclasses (CrossFit 1) before being integrated into our high-energy competitive classes.

Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class. Check in with our friendly front desk team who will welcome you with a warm 'Ahoj', show you our locker rooms, and introduce you to your coach for a brief safety run-through.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable athletic clothing, flat training shoes (ideal for lifting or functional movements), a towel, and a water bottle. Accessories like weightlifting belts or chalk are fully optional.

What a typical session looks like

Each session starts with a 10-minute active mobility warm-up, a 15-minute strength or skill progression, a 25-minute metabolic Workout of the Day (WOD), followed by a 10-minute coached flexibility cooldown.
