We utilize the proven CrossFit methodology, prioritizing proper mechanics, consistency, and then intensity. Every session is led by an active coach who monitors your movement patterns and corrects your form.
Our training programs scale seamlessly. Members begin by mastering foundational movements, logging workouts to monitor cardiovascular and strength gains, and gradually scaling intensity as mental and physical stamina grow.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your first class starts. You will be greeted by our coaches, given a quick tour of our downtown Austin facility, and briefed on how your upcoming workout can be customized to match your current fitness level.
We recommend wearing athletic, breathable clothing and flat-soled athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a small sweat towel. We have showers and full facilities available on-site.
Each 60-minute class begins with a customized dynamic warm-up to prep your joints, followed by a strength training or technical skill segment, then the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a group cool-down stretch.
