Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet Coach Jangrak Choi, take a quick tour of the box, and discuss any athletic history or physical limitations.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, flat cross-training or athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a personal workout towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every session includes a 10-15 minute dynamic warmup, a technique/strength progression session, the high-intensity WOD, and a cool-down stretch.
