Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes prior to class time to meet your coach, fill out your health form, and tour our training area. We will make sure you feel welcome and prepared.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable training clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute class begins with a coached warm-up, followed by skill and strength technique work, the main workout (WOD), and a cooling down/stretching period.
