Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes early to meet your coach and get a tour of the box. No experience is necessary.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled training shoes (CrossFit shoes recommended), and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session includes a group warm-up, a skill or strength component, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down/stretch.
