Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes early to meet your coach and get a tour of the facility. You'll discuss your goals and any injuries before starting.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes (cross-trainers recommended), a water bottle, and a positive attitude.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session includes a whiteboard briefing, a guided warm-up, a skill or strength segment, the high-intensity WOD, and a cool-down/stretch.
