Coach Arnel has been teaching the CrossFit methodology since 2010. With a background in gymnastics, martial arts, and a career in law, he focuses on total physical development and mental toughness.

Bino joined CrossFit Caliber to save his health, eventually losing 150lbs. He has been coaching since 2020 and uses his personal transformation to inspire and guide others.

With a strong gymnastics background, Hilary found CrossFit in 2018. She is passionate about helping people unlock potential they didn't know they had at any age or fitness level.

Originally from Brazil, Tuane has a degree in Exercise Science and a competitive background in soccer and swimming. She focuses on athletic movement and high intensity.

Our core offering featuring constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements. Each class includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, and the 'Workout of the Day' (WOD). Designed to improve your overall capacity across all physical domains.
Objective: Functional Fitness
An introductory course required for beginners to learn the technical aspects of Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning safely. Focus is on form and consistency before adding intensity.

Ample free on-site parking is available directly in front of the facility for all members and guests.

We utilize the CrossFit methodology—constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity—tailored through expert coaching to meet the individual where they are.
Members progress through a structured path starting with Fundamentals, moving to group classes, and utilizing regular assessments to celebrate PRs (Personal Records) and skill milestones.
Arrive 10 minutes early to meet your coach and get a tour of the facility. You'll discuss your goals and any injuries before starting.
Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes (cross-trainers recommended), a water bottle, and a positive attitude.

A former criminal prosecutor and gymnast, Arnel has been a CrossFit trainer since 2010. He believes in mental and spiritual toughness as much as physical development.
An educator by profession, Kelly has a passion for adaptive sports and leads the Special Olympics Team Illinois powerlifters. She has been coaching at Caliber since 2016.
