Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, fill out a waiver, and get a tour of the facility and equipment.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled shoes (training or CrossFit shoes recommended), a water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session includes a coached warm-up, a skill or strength component, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down/stretch.
