Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. Our coach will warmly greet you, give you a brief tour of the space, learn about your goals, and guide you on exactly what to expect.

A standard one-hour session consists of a full dynamic warm-up, dedicated skill instruction, the daily WOD (modified specifically to your level), and a group cool-down with stretching.
