As a proud 17-year CrossFit Affiliate, we have been delivering inclusive, constantly varied, high-intensity functional training to our community since 2008. Beginner's guide

First visit

Book a 'No Sweat Intro' first. You'll meet with a coach, tour the facility, and discuss your personal fitness journey without having to break a sweat.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, clean cross-training athletic shoes, and a personal water bottle. Towels are optional but recommended.

What a typical session looks like

60-minute session starting with a coach-led dynamic warmup, moving into a strength or technical skill practice, completing the WOD (Workout of the Day), and wrapping up with stretching.
