Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive about 10 minutes early so our coaches can introduce themselves, give you a quick tour of our facility, and chat about how we will scale the day's workout to your specific comfort level.

Required equipment

Please wear flexible, comfortable athletic clothing and supportive trainers (flat-soled or CrossFit shoes are ideal). Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every 60-minute class begins with an active, coach-led warm-up, followed by a dedicated skill/strength block, the primary WOD (Workout of the Day), and a guided cool-down stretch.
