Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class starts. You'll meet Coach Brian, tour our box, and discuss your physical background.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic clothes, supportive cross-training shoes, and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each session lasts 60 minutes and consists of a dynamic warm-up, a strength/skill focus, the timed WOD, and a guided cool-down stretch.
