A slower-paced, technical class designed for beginners to learn proper movement mechanics, vocabulary, and basic gymnastics before transitioning to the WOD.
Objective: Form, technique, and foundational movements
Unstructured gym hours for experienced members to practice technical lifting, work on mobility, or catch up on missed workouts.
Objective: Self-guided practice and personal progression
Located in the eastern part of Bartlesville along SE Kentucky St, our gym is situated in a highly accessible commercial and business district. It is a safe and convenient neighborhood ideal for quick errands before or after your workout.
Limited public transit; driving via SE Washington Blvd or biking is highly recommended.
Ample free surface parking is available directly in front of the building suite.
