Beginner's guide

First visit

Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before class start time. This allows you to meet Coach Jim, review your medical and athletic background, tour our facility, and talk through the workout scaling plans.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic apparel, flat-soled training shoes (ideal for lifting and jumping), and a personal hydration bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session comprises a 10-minute structural warm-up, a 15-minute skill or strength training progression, a 25-minute customized WOD (Workout of the Day), and 10 minutes of dedicated cool-down and mobility work.
