Established as Hong Kong's very first CrossFit affiliate, CrossFit Asphodel Central brings over a decade of elite fitness experience to the heart of Sheung Wan. Spanning a spacious 4,000 square feet inside the modern Nan Fung Place, our facility is designed to help individuals of all fitness levels unlock their true athletic potential. We offer an extensive range of specialized programs including classic CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, strength training, yoga, Pilates, and dedicated youth classes. Beginner's guide

First visit

Please plan to arrive at our Level 2 Nan Fung Place box 15 minutes before your class. Our front desk staff will guide you through registration, and your coach will walk you through a brief orientation.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, flat-soled or training-specific shoes, and a personal water bottle. We supply all training gear.

What a typical session looks like

Every standard one-hour class features a dynamic group warm-up, a dedicated skill or strength development portion, the high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down.
