We promote a safe, gradual system of physical advancement. Members learn correct posture mechanics first, followed by technical consistency, before scaling up load intensity.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class starting. This gives you time to meet the head coach, tour our space, and review your physical goals.
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable athletic apparel, flat-soled training shoes, and bringing a personal water bottle.
