Our core daily workout focused on constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements. Each session includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, and the Workout of the Day (WOD).
Objective: Overall Conditioning & Strength
Dedicated technical sessions focusing on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Perfect for improving power, speed, and precision under the bar.
Objective: Technique & Explosive Power
Specific training for the HYROX race series. Expect a mix of running, sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, and wall balls designed to build engine and mental toughness.
Objective: Endurance & Functional Racing
