We employ daily constantly varied, high-intensity workouts designed to stimulate adaptation. Each workout is programmed, monitored, and scale-adjusted by experienced coaches.
Our members progress from movement mechanics to consistency, and finally to intensity. Through structured adjustments and continuous coaching feedback, you progress safely over time.
Arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. You'll meet with the coach, take a brief tour of the box, and review the daily movements before starting.
We recommend wearing athletic clothing, supportive training shoes, and bringing a personal water bottle. Towels and wraps are optional.
Each class lasts 60 minutes and includes a coach-led dynamic warm-up, a strength or skill component, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a group cool-down stretch.
