First visit

Arrive 15 minutes prior to class to meet your coach, fill out safety paperwork, and tour the functional facility layout.

Required equipment

Athletic clothes, training flat sneakers (e.g., Reebok Nano or Nike Metcon), water bottle, and sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Starts with active mobilization (10m), physical technique instruction (15m), high-intensity WOD (25m), and wraps up with active recovery stretching (10m).
