Located along Hwy 77 S in Marion, Arkansas, our gym is situated in a visible and accessible commercial cluster. The clean blue building is highly recognizable and located immediately next to the Tire Choice Auto Service Center.

We utilize the standard CrossFit methodology—constantly varied, functional movement at high intensity—under the careful coaching supervision of level-certified trainers.
Members begin with basic mechanics and foundational movement scales. As cardiovascular conditioning and strength capacity increase, complexity and loading are systematically progressed.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. You will meet with your coach, walk through our facility layout, and discuss any athletic history or injury limitations.
We recommend wearing athletic clothing, supportive training shoes, and bringing a water bottle. All other physical lifting gear is provided.
Each hour is spent in a structured format: warm-up, skill or technical movement drill, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a light recovery stretch.
