Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class to meet Coach Jun Young Jang, tour our facility, and talk through any fitness goals or physical restrictions.

Required equipment

Wear clean athletic clothing and flat-soled trainers suitable for weightlifting. Please bring a water bottle and a small face towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every 60-minute session consists of a general warm-up, movement tutorials with light practice, the high-intensity WOD, and a structured cool-down stretching block.
