We recommend bringing clean gym shoes with flat soles, flexible athletic wear, a personal sweat towel, and a water bottle to keep hydrated.
Every structured 60-minute class follows a strict structure: dynamic full-body warm-up (10 min), weightlifting or technical movement skill practice (20 min), the high-intensity WOD (20 min), followed by deep recovery stretches (10 min).
