Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to class time to meet your coach, explore the box layout, and discuss any pre-existing injuries or physical limitations. Your coach will guide you through our core scaled options.

Required equipment

We recommend bringing clean gym shoes with flat soles, flexible athletic wear, a personal sweat towel, and a water bottle to keep hydrated.

What a typical session looks like

Every structured 60-minute class follows a strict structure: dynamic full-body warm-up (10 min), weightlifting or technical movement skill practice (20 min), the high-intensity WOD (20 min), followed by deep recovery stretches (10 min).
