Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes early for your Free Intro. You'll meet your coach, tour the facility, and discuss your fitness history.

Required equipment

Athletic clothing, cross-training shoes, and a water bottle. Towels are recommended.

What a typical session looks like

Each session includes a guided warm-up, a skill or strength component, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down.
