Specialized class
Our daily high-intensity functional training class. Every day presents a new challenge combining elements of gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and aerobic conditioning under the guidance of our coaches.
Objective: Strength, Stamina, Cardio
A specialized class designed to help kids build fundamental physical skills, spatial awareness, and confidence. Our focus is on making fitness fun, structured, and completely safe.
Objective: Coordination, Agility, Fun
An open format session where members can utilize the facilities to catch up on a missed WOD, practice Olympic lifts, or target individual flexibility and gymnastics goals.
Objective: Individual Training
Conveniently situated along Washington Road in Washington, Illinois, our gym is easily accessible from local residential zones, business strips, and surrounding towns like East Peoria.
Easily accessible by car via Route 8 and Business Route 24, making commuting quick and direct.
Spacious and complimentary parking available directly in front of the gym for all members.

We focus closely on the core pillars of functional fitness: movement mechanics, consistent repetition, and progressive intensity.
Our coaches track your daily scores and assist you with progressive loading, moving you from beginner adjustments to advanced athletic goals step-by-step.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. You'll meet with your coach to review your athletic background, discuss past injuries, and get an overview of the daily setup.
Bring comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic shoes, and a personal water bottle. Hand wraps or athletic tape are optional but welcome.
Each session is 60 minutes long, starting with a coach-led dynamic warm-up, moving into skill work or movement progression, followed by the WOD, and ending with cool-down stretching.
An annual, worldwide testing event where our entire membership logs scores, challenges themselves, and celebrates global community fitness.
Regular weekend team and partner WODs designed to build camaraderie, introduce new members, and foster our family-style fitness community.

CrossFit Kids is available for $80/month. Unlimited and class packages are available, with a dedicated $10/month discount on any chosen plan for past and present military members as well as first responders.
