Welcome to CrossFit 1825, Washington's premier community-focused functional fitness center. At CrossFit 1825, we operate as a tight-knit family where we hold one another accountable, build each other up, and push to reach the apex of health and fitness. Our programs are designed for absolutely everyone, regardless of current fitness levels. Beginner's guide

First visit

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. You'll meet with your coach to review your athletic background, discuss past injuries, and get an overview of the daily setup.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic shoes, and a personal water bottle. Hand wraps or athletic tape are optional but welcome.

What a typical session looks like

Each session is 60 minutes long, starting with a coach-led dynamic warm-up, moving into skill work or movement progression, followed by the WOD, and ending with cool-down stretching.
