Our primary class focusing on functional movements done at high-intensity. Each session includes a guided warm-up, skills progression, and a scalable Workout of the Day (WOD) to optimize overall athletic stamina.

CrossFit 15:10 is located in the lovely town of China Spring, TX, right off Yankie Road. The neighborhood boasts a warm, peaceful, and family-friendly Texas atmosphere while keeping close proximity to Waco.
This is a rural-suburban area best accessed by car or personal vehicle, as there are no direct bus routes servicing Yankie Road.
Ample free private parking is available for all members directly outside the main gym doors.
We provide a complete focus on training the mind, body, and soul. We believe functional physical movement is an excellent way to connect with others, respect the bodies we have been given, and glorify God.
We focus heavily on structural scaling. Workouts are adapted carefully to each member's ability to ensure safe progressive overload and superb athletic development.
We prioritize consistent attendance and technique quality over sheer heavy weights. Progression is measured by personal achievements, movement efficiency, and improved physical endurance.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. Our coach will warmly welcome you, introduce you to the community, and discuss any personal modifications you may need.
Wear comfortable sportswear, bring flat athletic sneakers suitable for weightlifting and jumping, and a personal water bottle.
