Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. Our coach will warmly welcome you, introduce you to the community, and discuss any personal modifications you may need.

Required equipment

Wear comfortable sportswear, bring flat athletic sneakers suitable for weightlifting and jumping, and a personal water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute class consists of a dynamic group warm-up, a strength or technique segment, a customizable Workout of the Day (WOD), and a group cooldown stretching routine.
