Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet Coach Ralph, sign a waiver, and get a tour of the facility and briefing on the workout.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes (cross-trainers recommended), and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions include a whiteboard briefing, a guided warm-up, skill or strength work, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down.
