Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your selected taster session. A coach will welcome you, introduce you to the facility, perform a brief mobility screening, and explain the structure of the day's class.
Wear comfortable, breathable athletic clothing and supportive training shoes. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated; we supply all performance-specific equipment.
A standard 60-minute class begins with a structured dynamic warm-up, moves into a technique and skill development portion, proceeds to the high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishes with stretching and a cool-down.
