Ample, dedicated free surface parking is available directly in front of both our South 25th Street CrossFit box and the Downtown Yoga Studio.

We utilize the internationally verified CrossFit system combined with traditional, authentic yoga styles. Our coaches maintain a strict emphasis on technical safety, form, and alignment.

Please arrive roughly 10-15 minutes early for your first visit. Our coaching staff will meet you at the reception desk, walk you through our safety layouts, and check in on any physical modifications you might require.
Bring comfortable training clothes, flat athletic shoes for CrossFit, and a water bottle. If attending a yoga class, clean bare feet are typical. All heavy lifting and yoga training props are provided on-site.
A standard 60-minute session includes a coach-guided warm-up (10 mins), a technique or strength workshop (15 mins), the Daily WOD or active yoga sequence (25 mins), and a peaceful cooldown stretching session (10 mins).
Our community joins the international CrossFit Open challenge with lively, encouraging team workouts and friendly local scoreboards.
