First visit

Upon arrival at Halifax Court, report to the front desk. A member of the Code team will show you around, review your goals, and walk you through safety and layout basics.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable training gear, flat-soled athletic shoes for lifting or running, a water bottle, and a personal workout sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

A standard session begins with dynamic movement prep for 10 minutes, moves into a strength or metabolic development segment for 40 minutes, and finishes with structured stretching and cool-down protocols.
