Established in May 2024 as a exciting joint venture between Susannah Money-Schenk and Ben Caldwell, our facility offers coach-led, functional fitness classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We leverage the world-class CrossFit methodology and HYROX athletic training protocols to help our members exceed their personal health goals. Our positive and highly engaging atmosphere is built on expert-guided workouts, scalability, and mutual encouragement.
