Claydon CrossFit is a premier, community-driven functional fitness box located at the Claydon Business Park in Great Blakenham, Suffolk. Established in May 2024 as a exciting joint venture between Susannah Money-Schenk and Ben Caldwell, our facility offers coach-led, functional fitness classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We leverage the world-class CrossFit methodology and HYROX athletic training protocols to help our members exceed their personal health goals. Our positive and highly engaging atmosphere is built on expert-guided workouts, scalability, and mutual encouragement. Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to class to meet the coaching team, tour our modern unit, and walk through the warm-up protocol together.

Required equipment

Standard gym wear, flat training shoes or athletic trainers, and a refillable water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Starts with a 10-minute targeted physical warm-up, a 20-minute movement tutorial or lifting strength block, a 20-minute high-intensity WOD, and ends with a 10-minute cool-down.
