Arrive about 10 minutes early on your first visit. Our on-duty coach will introduce themselves, show you around our training spaces, and talk through your athletic background.
Wear regular, comfortable athletic wear, supportive flat-soled sneakers or trainers, and bring a water bottle.
Sessions last exactly 60 minutes. They consist of a structured group warm-up, dedicated technique practice or strength progression, the high-energy WOD, and a brief cool-down.
