Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to meet your trainer, tour our facility, and complete a brief safety and goal orientation. We will discuss your previous exercise experience and physical goals before starting.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, supportive clean training shoes (preferably flat or running shoes depending on your class), a personal sweat towel, and a reusable water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Every session includes a 10-minute dynamic warm-up and mobility assessment, 40 minutes of targeted high-intensity strength or metabolic endurance work, and a 10-minute cool-down and recovery stretch.
