Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your first class. Head down to the B2 level of The Medical Town Building, check in at the reception desk, and we will guide you through our facility and introduce you to your coach.

Required equipment

Please bring a pair of clean indoor athletic shoes, comfortable workout clothes, a personal water bottle, and a small towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every class is exactly one hour, starting with a 10-minute active warm-up, a 15-minute strength or skills session, a 25-minute metabolic challenge (the WOD), and concluding with 10 minutes of active stretching.
